Holders East Bierley begin their defence of the Sovereign Health Care Priestley Shield in one of only two all Division One ties.
They are at home to Keighley as they hope to maintain their fine run which has seen them appear in the last three finals, winning in both 2004 and 2006.
Their one final defeat in that sequence came against Yeadon in 2005 and they feature in the only other all top flight game at Pudsey Congs.
Second Teams Division One champions Woodlands have home advantage against lowly Windhill, while Hartshead Moor - bottom of Division Two last season - host free-scoring Pudsey St Lawrence.
Bowling Old Lane, runners up in 2006, have a bye along with Baildon, Cleckheaton, Hanging Heaton, Saltaire , Undercliffe and Esholt. Bankfoot's expulsion from the competition for forfeiting this year's first round tie at Baildon gave Esholt their free passage to the second round.
