Notification of League Meeting
Clubs are remined that there is a League Meeting on Thursday 25th September 2008. The meeting will be held at Pudsey Congs CC and will commence at 7.45pm. All clubs are required to attend.

Reminder to Clubs Match Start Times
Clubs are reminded that as we approach the end of the season matches start earlier. All games in August after 9th August start at 1pm. Matches on 6 September start at 12.30pm. Matches on 13 September start at noon.

Individual Trophies due for return by 30 August
Please remember that Clubs are responsible for returning all individual trophies to Robert Blands by 30 August. All championship trophies, engraved by the winning club must be returned by 30 July.
Fines at the rate of £10 per day are levied for late returns

Fines Due for Immediate Payment
A new batch of fines have been sent to all clubs on 7 August. Payment is due by 7th September at the latest. A number are stilloutstanding. Please pay these immediately. Details of Clubs with outstanding fines are below. It was agrred at Thursday's Board Meeting that any Club who has a fine outstanding for over 1 month will be fined a further £5. If a fine is outstanding for 2 months or more the Board will take further action.

Match Report Sheets 2008
Clubs are reminded that pre printed match report sheets have not been produced this year. It is the responsibility of the home club to download a copy from this website and print it out ready for each game

Test Fax Required
Could all clubs please send a test fax to Chief Executive, Bob Shackleton on 01274 608001 by 12 April 2008.
This should take the form of a blank result sheet with the name of the club sending it in the Home Team box and the words "TEST FAX" written accross it.
This is to ensure that all club's Fax machines are working correctly and are legible
