Five teams suffer points penalties for rule breaches

Five teams have today had points deducted for breaches of JCT 600 Bradford League regulations with Pudsey St Lawrence 2nds and Manningham Mills 2nds each incurring two separate penalties.

St Lawrence's penalties have ben for non submission of Umpire Assessment forms for their last two fixtures. Mills, chasing promotion from the Second teams Division Two, have had a point deducted for not submitting Umpire Assessment forms and another for breaching over-rate regulations in their match with Bradford & Bingley last Saturday.

Two Division One sides, Baildon and Pudsey St Lawrence have lost a point for failing to submit Umpire Assessment forms, while Spen Victoria, bottom of the league, have been hit with their third point loss of the season for the same offence.
