Website nets another advertiser

We are delighted to reveal that your new look website has secured another new advertiser. DR Sports of Frizinghall are set to appear on the site shortly.

The company has a strong JCT 600 Bradford League connection. The shop is managed by Brighouse captain Mark Gilliver and former Bankfoot and Brighouse player Gary Wainwright joint owns the shop with Heath Phillipson of Northowram Fields.

This weekend they have Yorkshire batsmen Anthony McGrath and Andrew Gale visiting their shop on Saturday when they are staging their annual cricket sale. Former Bradford Bulls Rugby League player Michael Withers will also be there between 11am and 1pm. On Sunday it will be the turn of former Bradford City football favourite John Hendrie to appear.

An additional feature to this year's sale will be a demonstration of bat making by another Bradford League stalwart Matthew Doidge who works for Kippax. He will be there on Saturday between 11am and 1pm.

Mark Gilliver said: "As a company we are delighted to be linked with the Bradford League and its excellent website. We have strong links with many clubs and we hope to see many familiar faces over the weekend."
