Chief Executive Bob Shackleton has issued a reminder to clubs that the deadline for submitting their list of registered players for the new season is Thursday, March 15.
So far just six have been received by secretary Steve Raistrick who has taken over responsibility for dealing with the registrations this season.
Clubs are also being urged to submit transfer forms for any player who is joining them from another club. So far just 28 transfers have been approved.
Chief Executive Bob Shackleton said: "We hope that clubs will ensure that Steve Raistrick receives the registrations before the deadline. It is a big job collating all the registrations and making sure that all the necessary documentation is in place.
"It is particularly important that clubs remember to submit transfer forms for all players who are moving from other clubs whether that is from another Bradford League team or a club in another competition.
"Clubs will be expected to indicate who their overseas player is and they must supply a copy of the players work permit or documentary proof of his eligibility to play. All of the clubs were co-operative in this matter last season and I am sure they will be so again."
Clubs have until the start of play on the opening day of the season, April 21, to confirm or change their overseas player. At that time they will need to provide the appropriate paperwork for that player to play this season.
Clubs must also remember to give the dates of birth of all junior players registered. Juniors are considered to be all players born after August 31, 1986
