Meeting held on Thursday, April 19 2007
Attendance - K Moss (President), G Reid (Chairman), B Shackleton (Chief Executive), S Raistrick (Secretary), D Young (Treasurer,), A. Birkinshaw, T Priestley, M Illingworth, R Heyhoe, B Butt, R Whitehurst.
Apologies - G. Pearson.
Minutes Of Management Board Meeting held March 27: Were proposed and seconded as an accurate record after a slight ammendment. (Cup /Shield draws to be conducted as soon as expedient after the scheduled playing date.)
Matters Arising - Junior League Sportsmatch - Ongoing.
Shirt numbers and names: Idle and Cleckheaton going ahead
Championship Pennant - No Progress, Board to contact Bradford & Bingley, Undercliffe and East Bierley.
Transfer of Bilal Ejaz - This matter resolved.
League Fees: All clubs have paid but Gomersalhave been fined for late payment as per league rule.
Brighouse: The Management Board has received no reply from its letter regarding the rearrangement of a 2nd XI fixture.

Expenditure: C.E.O. Expenses £550, Phoenix Print (H/Books) £3,020, YCA Subscription £750 JR Bland £100-00 , Arena (Photocopying) £61-79, Umpires Cards/Freepost Envelopes £188-00
Correspondence - Y.C.A./Y.C.B. mailout included notes on junior player loan scheme, and revised disciplinary initial report form.
Norwood Green- The Chief Exceutive reported that he had received a Fax on April 18, saying that Norwood Green were getting a ten-year lease extension in the autumn.
It was proposed that "Norwood Green be accepted for season 2008, On proviso that a minimum lease of 10 years has been established, and that the requisite building alterations (Including Umpires changing facilities) are in place by December 31,2007. Additionally admission will be subject to a further facilities inspection by the Management Board. Agreed unanimously.
Registrations - The Chief Executive said it had been a nightmare compiling these. He has sent an e mail to clubs with 57 names unaccounted for. He said clubs and players are not forwarding transfer forms. The backlog of transfers is down, hopeful will be cleared prior to start of season.
Captains Meeting - All clubs represented, not a lot said, Mostly on changes to rules.
Umpires Coats: Approved order to be placed, hopeful of delivery within 2/3 Weeks.
Facilities Marking - All clubs visited to check on pre-season work. Ther was some concerns about , Manningham Mills and Bankfoot .
Any Other Business -
White Rose XI: The first round match is against Huddersfield Central League on Sunday, May 13 at Thurstonland, Some nominations received from clubs, to be passed to Simon Hicks.
Sponsorship Priestley Cup /Shield: This has been increased for 2007 and coloured clothing and equipmentwill be provided for the Priestley Cup finalists.
League sponsorship -JCT 600are happy with the publicity so far. They are gpoing to present a JCT 600 Players Player of the Year trophy to be awarded, A Birkinshaw and two players reps to draw up plan of how to be decided. Obituary- It is with sadness that the board report the passing of George Skirrow (Idle & Keighley).
